Pamela Johnson is a member of the Coady International Institute’s facilitation team. She has the pleasure of working with women leaders from community economic development and non-profit sectors in Canada and around the world. Pamela’s research and teaching touch on an array of topics, but focus primarily on building more accessible and equitable workspaces and learning organizations, women’s leadership, and participatory practices in community development and research. Pamela has won awards for her community engagement and for stakeholder/partner relations. Prior to joining the International Centre for Women’s Leadership at the Coady, Pamela spent over 20 years’ working and volunteering in the non-profit sector. She continues to volunteer in the non-profit sector as a board member and through her arts based practice.
